However, if you are not satisfied with a service received from us, you may provide information by emailing us on info@bdo.com.mt which will help us improve our service to you. If you have queries regarding the way in which your personal data has been processed, kindly contact gdpr@bdo.com.mt

If, however, you feel that we have not been able to assist with your complaint or concern in relation to the processing of personal data, you have the right to register a complaint to the Office of the Information and Data Protection Commissioner of Malta using their website www.idpc.org.mt.

At BDO, we take client satisfaction very seriously and we are committed to working with you to obtain a fair resolution of any complaint or concern. Any complaint received from a client or other third party will be responded to at the earliest practical moment, with an acknowledgement that the matter is being dealt with, and that a response will be forthcoming once it has been appropriately investigated.
