BDO Malta is seeking a highly motivated and creative Digital Marketing Executive to join our Brand & Marketing team. This role is an excellent opportunity for a digital-savvy professional passionate about enhancing brand presence and engagement through innovative digital strategies. The ideal candidate will support BDO Malta’s marketing objectives by planning, implementing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
Digital Campaign Management & PPC Campaings
Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns to promote BDO Malta’s services, events, and initiatives.
Create, monitor, and optimise paid campaigns across Google Ads, social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram), and other relevant channels.
Collaborate with the Content Creator and Social Media Specialist to deliver engaging content, including graphics, videos, and copy for social media, articles, and newsletters.
Implement and monitor the social media strategy to increase brand awareness and audience engagement.
Schedule and post consistent, high-quality content across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to enhance organic website traffic.
Use tools like Google Analytics to track, report, and analyse campaign performance, generating insights to improve effectiveness.
Maintain and update the company website using a content management system (CMS
Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns.
Build and segment email lists to ensure personalised and effective communication.
Ensure all digital marketing activities align with BDO Malta’s branding and tone of voice.
Work closely with the Brand & Marketing Manager to support broader marketing goals and campaigns.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2-3 years of proven experience in digital marketing, preferably within professional services or a B2B environment.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools, including Google Ads, Google Analytics, social media management tools, and email marketing platforms.
Knowledge of SEO best practices and experience with CMS platforms
Strong creative skills with experience in content creation and graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with attention to detail.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable recommendations.
A proactive, collaborative, and results-driven approach to work.
