Ilona is a dedicated accounting professional with many years of experience with BDO. Skilled in analysing financial data, preparing reports, managing financial records, and ensuring compliance with regulations. She has a in-depth knowledge of accounting principles and company policies, with a great level of accuracy and efficiency.

                                                             
She takes operational responsibility for the full system of quality management for Tax & Accounts Outsourcing at the firm as well as for the monitoring and remediation process in relevant areas. She prepares quality reports, develops processes, and provides training to staff to make sure the quality system is operating effectively in relevant areas. She adheres to ethical principles and professional standards as set in the IESBA Code and the Firm's Code of Ethics and Independence. She ensures that the design, implementation and operation of local policies and procedures comply with the relevant ethic requirements.
