Luke Attard

Luke is an Executive Director at BDO Consult Limited and also a member of the Business Development Department. As one of the first points of contact for clients seeking relocation services to Malta, he assists clients with a wide range of services offered by BDO Malta, including Corporate, Gaming, Trust and Fiduciary, Shipping, Licensing, and Financial Services.

Together with the other directors, Luke is responsible for the successful leadership and management of the company, promoting the well-being of the firm in line with the strategic direction set by the Board of Directors.

In addition to acting as Director and/or Company Secretary on client companies, Luke also serves on the boards of regulated entities, having been officially approved by both the Malta Financial Services Authority and the Malta Gaming Authority to hold such positions for licensed entities. This enables him to address matters that may warrant the attention of the Board of Directors and Shareholders while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Luke also actively manages key relationships with clients and works closely with partners, regulators, consultants, and staff to ensure the successful delivery of service initiatives, thereby contributing to the overall growth and success of the firm.
